Research Interest: Dengue transmission in slum population
Dr. Kasper is currently working in the National Center for Environmental Health, Division of Environmental Hazards and Health Effects, Health Studies Branch. The focus of her research for the GHES Fellowship was the epidemiology of dengue in an urban slum community in Salvador, Brazil. She worked under the mentorship of Dr. Guilherme Ribeiro at Fiocruz and Dr. Albert Ko at Yale University.
