- Kenyatta National Hospital: International AIDS Research and Training Program: Training of KNH professionals in implementation science, improving the HIV care cascade.
- Centre for Global Health Research, KEMRI: Ongoing collaborations on neglected tropical diseases (Aksoy). Current grants include R01 AI116593-01 to evaluation the role of IgE in schistosome immunity and development of resistance in a cohort of adolescent children.
